Terms and Conditions | Prize Plan "Gran Bingo FNA"

In my capacity as account executive of MTA INTERNACIONAL, I hereby set out the terms and conditions, including the prize plan, for the activity GRAN BINGO FNA, which will have the slogan "TU META, TU AHORRO, BINGO", which we request to be held in February 2025:
 

Mr. Julio Andrés Martínez Calderón, identified with citizenship card No. 75.097.916, in his capacity as Legal Representative of MTA INTERNACIONAL, identified with NIT 900.925.777, and in his condition as authorized allied provider of SOCIEDAD DE TELEVISIÓN DE CALDAS, QUINDÍO Y RISARALDA LTDA., logistics operator of the FONDO NACIONAL DEL AHORRO S.A, requests authorization to carry out the promotional game called "GRAN BINGO FNA", which will have nationwide coverage and will have 20,000 virtual cards available. This activity is scheduled to take place on February 22, 2025 at 3:00 p.m., with an advertising and promotion campaign that will be carried out starting February 12, and registrations for the activity will close on February 20 at 12:00 a.m., so the start date of the activity is February 12, and the end date of the validity of the promotional game is February 22, the day on which the Bingo will be held at 3:00 p.m. in the city of Bogotá.

The objective of this promotional game will be "to foster the relationship and engagement of new financial consumers, as well as to strengthen the loyalty of those who are already part of the Fondo Nacional del Ahorro S.A., always in compliance with current regulations and in observance of the provisions of Coljuegos and other relevant regulatory entities.

The Bingo will be held from 3:00 p.m. on February 22, 2025 and broadcast from Calle 44 #66b-15, Barrio Salitre el Greco, Bogotá D.C. The contemplated mechanics correspond to the development of a game of chance in the Promotional Game category, for which the sale of cards is not authorized; consequently, participants will NOT have to pay any amount to participate in the bingo. This will only be the mechanism to determine the winners.

All adult customers of the Fondo Nacional del Ahorro S.A. may participate in this promotional game, who may register through the following link https://forms.office.com/r/quMrZmssm7 from February 12 to February 20 at 12:00 p.m., filling out all the fields requested there.

Each registered member will have the opportunity to participate with one card in each of the 35 drawings. Through a live broadcast, the drawing will be carried out with a standard bingo cage. The drawing will use balls with the numbers for bingo 75; that is, all the balls from B1 to O75. Once a winner is declared, the name of the winner and the winning card are projected so that they can be viewed by all participants; the selected winner must be connected to the broadcast on a mandatory basis.

The prize plan established for the development of this promotional game has been set at the amount of THIRTY MILLION NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY-NINE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED TWENTY-ONE PESOS ($30,989,821) MICTE (including costs).

The cards may be used throughout the country in the network of affiliated establishments (file attached) and will not have any activation cost. The beneficiary may consult their balances and movements of their card by entering www.sodexoclub.com.co 24 hours a day, 365 days a year at no additional cost, or through the telephone line 310 315 7419 in Bogotá.

The vouchers mentioned here will be delivered in physical cards loaded with the corresponding value, and delivered at one of the 67 service points of the Fondo Nacional del Ahorro S.A. nationwide (annex with addresses attached); thus, the winners will be contacted by telephone and email to provide them with the information of which service point they can go to to claim their prize. These cards are magnetic stripe and also debit, that is, each time the beneficiary makes a purchase at the authorized establishments, that amount will be debited from the corresponding balance.

Pluxee Premium cards do not have a 4x1,000 charge, nor a maintenance fee, nor a transaction or activation fee. The balance may not be redeemed in cash, nor can the card be used at ATMs; its use is not subject to oversight by the SFC, or the entity that takes its place.

The general regulations of terms and conditions of use for the beneficiaries of the 35 Pluxee cards that will be delivered are attached as an annex.

All promotional prizes from the activity will remain in possession of the public and will be delivered within a period of no more than thirty (30) calendar days, counted from the date of the respective drawing.

Each of the 35 vouchers will be distributed in the following way and order in the bingo activity:

To be selected as a winner, you must be mandatorily connected to the live broadcast on February 22 starting at 3:00 p.m. (The link will be sent to the email of each registered person).

The winners will be contacted at the phone number registered in the registration link, within the 5 business days following the drawing (from February 24 to 28), 5 daily calls will be made (until being contacted), and an email will be sent with all the information and the service point where they can go to receive their prize (card-voucher).

Tie-Breaking and Participation Restrictions
 

In the event of a tie in any of the bingo drawings, a ball will be randomly assigned to each participant involved. The winner will be the one whose ball has the highest number, and those with the lower number will be registered as alternate winners.

Likewise, each participant may only win once during the activity. Those who have already obtained one of the 35 drawn vouchers may not participate again in subsequent bingos. If a participant who has already been a winner is selected again, their participation will not be taken into account.

For the activity and strict compliance with these terms and conditions, MTA Internacional SAS will request the presence of a delegate from the first administrative authority of the city of Bogotá D.C.

Alternate winners

In order to ensure that all prizes are delivered to the public, two alternate winners will be designated for each bingo winner, who will be selected through the following dynamic:

• In the event of a tie in a drawing, the tie-breaking mechanism described in the previous point will apply. The participant(s) who do not obtain the highest ball and, therefore, are not winners, will be registered as alternate winners.
• In case there are no ties, or if the alternates list needs to be completed, an additional drawing will be held at the end of each bingo. In this, two participants will be randomly selected through a virtual roulette, which will include the card numbers of all registered participants. The two selected will be registered as alternate winners.

Through these mechanisms, two alternate winners will be designated per drawing. In the event that the main winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within the established time, the first alternate winner will be contacted, using the same means and notification deadlines applied to the main winner. If the first alternate winner also does not respond or claim the prize within the stipulated time, the process will be repeated with the second alternate winner. This procedure will be carried out until the prize is claimed and remains in possession of the public.

Compliance bond

MTA Internacional, in order to cover the risk of compliance with the promotional game, will constitute the COMPLIANCE BOND under the required legal conditions, which will be issued by the company SEGUROS DEL ESTADO S.A, with the bingo dates we list below:
