Vulnerable populations
Our Commitment to Vulnerable Populations in Colombia
The Fondo Nacional del Ahorro (National Savings Fund) recognizes the importance of ensuring equitable access to housing and education for all Colombians, especially those who face greater social and economic barriers. To that end, we have adopted measures aimed at providing guidance, facilitating access, and establishing differentiated conditions for populations in vulnerable situations.
This commitment includes groups such as:
Persons with disabilities.
Victims of the armed conflict.
Ethnic communities
(indigenous, Afro-Colombian, Raizal, Palenquera, and ROM).
Elderly persons.
Youth without access to traditional financial services.
LGBTIQ+ population
(Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex, and Transsexual).
Financial Inclusion
Through financial education programs, products with special benefits, strategic alliances with public and private entities, and differentiated service processes, the FNA seeks to eliminate the barriers that hinder these populations' access to savings, credit, and decent housing solutions.
In this way, the institution contributes to social inclusion and to improving the quality of life of those most in need, consolidating its role as a strategic partner in building a more equitable and supportive country.
